What counts as a 'social media channel'?
Each social media account is one channel. On the free plan you get 1 per competitor. Pro gives you unlimited — so you can track their Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok all at once.
How does website monitoring work?
We periodically scan the competitor's website for changes — new pages, price changes, promotions, product updates — and alert you when something significant is detected.
Can I cancel anytime?
